Employee Spotlight: From Application Support Manager to SAP trainer ​

Sirirat Poolsawat, fondly known by colleagues in Thailand as ”highly trusted SAP trainer”, recently retired after a remarkable 34-year career with Jebsen & Jessen Group. Her journey began as an ​ Application Support Manager – Healthcare Division. But her potential soon led her down a path of continuous learning and transformation.

A Story of Dedication, Growth, and Inspiration

In 1998, a pivotal moment launched Sirirat into the world of SAP expertise when she was invited to join the company's SAP implementation project. This propelled her from an individual with no prior knowledge to a respected SAP expert. Over the years, she spearheaded the implementation across multiple modules in Thailand, empowering teams to harness the full potential of the system. Her deep knowledge and dedication made her an invaluable asset, not only in Thailand but also across seven other countries, where she played a key role in successful SAP rollouts.

Throughout her career, Sirirat embraced challenges and opportunities, showing the true "mackerel spirit" that aligns with the company's values. This spirit is evident in her 25th-anniversary celebration photo, where her joy radiates.

Commitment is vital: Sirirat's 34-year journey reflects her dedication. Her "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm, even when facing challenges, are an inspiration. Her commitment extended beyond work, exemplified by her volunteer work in our Meet a Need programme to build an Agricultural Learning Centre in Thailand

Beyond her successful career, Sirirat is a passionate gardener who finds joy in planting fruit trees such as mango, coconut, and jackfruit. Sirirat showcases that we can balance our professional life and personal life by adopting something we love doing beyond office hours.

As retirement beckons, Sirirat cherishes a fulfilling life at Jebsen & Jessen Group. Her journey is an inspiration to us all. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to personal growth have shaped her career and inspires us to embrace new opportunities in both our professional and personal lives to emerge successful.

Sirirat bids farewell to her colleagues turned friends, and friends turned family at work, whom she dearly holds in her heart.
