Fortune Asia and Great Place To Work Name Jebsen & Jessen Group to the ‘100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia’ in 2025, Ranking No. 39

Singapore, 2 December 2025 — Great Place To Work® and Fortune Asia have recognised Jebsen & Jessen Group as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia for 2025, this year ranking No. 39.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia list is the most comprehensive measure of workplace culture in the region, grounded in Great Place To Work’s proprietary Trust Index™ Survey. Great Place To Work evaluates confidential feedback from employees, validating against HR data from participating companies. Only companies with consistently high survey responses from employees — regardless of their role, department, or status in the company — are honored with placement on the list.
To be eligible, companies must have 200 or more employees and be represented on at least one national Best Workplaces™ List in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
To select companies for the list, Great Place To Work surveyed more than 1.3 million employees across the region, representing the experiences of more than 550 m employee workers in Southeast Asia.
2025 Great Place To Work® Certifications Across the Group
In 2025, Jebsen & Jessen continued to strengthen its people-first culture across the region achieving Great Place To Work® certifications across four key markets. This includes Indonesia and Vietnam, which earned certification for the second consecutive year after their initial recognition in 2024. The full list of 2025 certifications is as follows:
