Jebsen & Jessen Group Announces Leadership Transitions in Jebsen & Jessen Packaging and JJ-LAPP
Singapore, 1 August 2024 – Diversified industrial conglomerate Jebsen & Jessen Group announced today leadership changes within JJ-LAPP, its cable technology joint venture with LAPP Holding Asia, and Jebsen & Jessen Packaging, its packaging business unit.
These appointments position both business units for continued growth and success in their respective markets.
Planned Succession in Jebsen & Jessen Packaging
With effect from 1 August 2024, Chang Chee Keong, General Manager of JJ-LAPP in Malaysia, will transition to the role of Deputy CEO in Jebsen & Jessen Packaging. The Deputy CEO role was newly introduced to support the succession planning in Jebsen & Jessen Packaging, which started at the beginning of this year, following Tee Hor Chang’s promotion to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr Chang's extensive experience growing businesses regionally and his leadership qualities will be invaluable as the company continues to capitalise on the vast opportunities in the Packaging market. Mr Chang brings with him an impressive track record – most recently leading and accelerating the growth of JJ-LAPP Malaysia.

New Leadership for JJ-LAPP in Malaysia
Teng Shu Ching was appointed as the general manager for JJ-LAPP in Malaysia.
Ms Teng brings 29 years of experience in the industrial distribution business across various sectors and a wealth of experience in people management, operational efficiency and key account management.
