JJ-LAPP & Deye Expand Solar Energy Solutions in Thailand, Emphasising on ESS Battery Safety

The National Energy Plan is driving a rapid shift toward clean energy, with a key focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving carbon neutrality in the near future.
In support of these goals, JJ-LAPP Thailand has recently announced a strategic partnership with Deye, a leading manufacturer and distributor of solar energy solutions.
Chatchai Wajakiat, General Manager of JJ-LAPP Thailand, said “This collaboration underscores the importance of battery safety standards and advances the adoption of renewable energy. Under the agreement, JJ-LAPP Thailand will serve as a distributor and service provider for Deye’s comprehensive solar energy solutions, including Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and hybrid inverters. These technologies will enhance JJ-LAPP’s ability to deliver scalable solar solutions—from residential and commercial applications to large-scale infrastructure projects.”
Additionally, JJ-LAPP Thailand and Deye are collaborating with Khon Kaen Technical College and Suphanburi Technical College to offer specialized training programs on hybrid solar solutions and energy storage systems. These courses emphasize safety standards for installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring skilled personnel are equipped with the expertise and safety awareness needed for effective ESS management.
Praphan Hanchai, a consultant at Deye, highlighted the company’s commitment to bringing safe and efficient solar energy storage technology to Thailand. He expressed confidence that partnering with JJ-LAPP, a market leader with deep industry expertise, will empower Thai users to adopt renewable energy solutions with trust in both performance and safety—while contributing to a greener future.
